The purpose of Progressive Media Action (the "Organization") shall be to engage in election-related activity for the purpose of supporting progressive issues, except that in no case shall the Organization engage in any activity that would qualify the Organization as a "political committee," as defined under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended. The Organization shall be a political organization exempt from federal income taxes under Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code.
