Martha Stewart was convicted on charges of conspiracy, obstruction of justice and two counts of making false statements to federal investigators. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in jail. She finished out her term at a minimum security camp for women in West Virginia and is back in business wheeling and dealing with the best of the best on wall street and elsewhere.
