| Stated Purpose | Reforming African Policy, or RAP-PAC, intends to raise public awareness of the necessity to shift U.S. foreign policy focus towards Africa and to, by extension, promote the election of candidates favorable to our supported policies. Initially, we intend to concentrate on the Power Africa Initiative and, specifically, to modify funding allocation and distribution to promote an increased effectiveness of one of the largest African energy policies ever created. |
