Group Name	The Spirit of 1776
Stated Purpose	The Spirit of 1776 is an independent expenditure group that works to push progressive candidates and issues to help benefit working people. The Spirit of 1776 shall be active on both issue-based and electoral campaigns to help secure wins for those issues and candidates that benefit working people. The Spirit of 1776 shall also fight those special interests and candidates that plan to diminish the middle class.
